Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to the United States takes 7-15 business days. Delivery to other countries, including Canada, takes 10-20 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99. Shipping is free on orders over $35.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship directly from our supplier partners' international warehouses. That is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping, and why items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information can take a few days to update after the label is created.
Customs duties and import taxes
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
It depends on how the import charges for your order are handled. There are two cases:
- Charges paid by the customer. If your country's customs office or the carrier charges duties or import taxes on delivery, they are paid by the customer, and the product price stays as listed.
- Charges prepaid by us. Where we prepay import charges on your behalf, they are included in the product price. In that case the product price is higher, and it may change when those charges change.
The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay to us. If you have questions about import charges for your country, please email us before ordering.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please see our Refund policy for full details and exceptions.
How do I start a return?
Email us at alishertuxtayev2223@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item, so we can review the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only if it has not been processed yet.
