Delays
Delivery times may vary due to customs and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
Customs duties and import taxes
How import charges are handled depends on your order:
- Charges paid by the customer. If your country's customs office or the carrier charges duties or import taxes on delivery, they are paid by the customer, and the product price stays as listed.
- Charges prepaid by us. Where we prepay import charges on your behalf, they are included in the product price. In that case the product price is higher, and it may change when those charges change.
The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay to us.
